  • Ground shipping is available within the contiguous United States. If expedited shipping is required please call us at the store (303.322.1037) or message us on Instagram (@shoploucollective).

    Items will be processed within 2 business days from order date. You can expect slight delays around holidays.

  • Lou Collective will accept merchandise purchased online for a 100% refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your online purchase. Please email info@shoploucollective within the return time frame for the return to be processed.

    Items must be unworn and have the original tags attached. Sale/discounted items and intimates are final.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the rare instance that an item is defective or damaged upon receipt, shipping costs for delivery and return will always be compensated by Lou.

    Exceptions will be at the discretion of management. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation for our small business policy.

  • In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you.

    Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your packages once in the hands of our designated carrier. Lou Collective is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen.

  • Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Current offers may not be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, shipping costs, or taxes. Discounts are always applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply. All discounted items are FINAL SALE.

    The loyalty program is only eligible for in-store shopping.

    Physical gift cards can only be used in store and not online. If you have a physical GC please call us to purchase your item. Digital GCs may be used online.
